Hear award-winning author Naomi Hirahara’s story of the resilience of Japanese Americans rebuilding their lives after internment. Enjoy a taste of Japanese, Italian and American foods, as well as the music of EPC Jazz Group and a Taiko Drum performance by Kodama Taiko. Admission is free, but contributions are welcome as the La Pintoresca Library Associates seeks to raise money for children’s programs and computer tablets.
